Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We work with insurance companies and adjusters on jewelry replacement claims. Tell your adjuster you would like Eternity Diamonds to handle the replacement, and we will take it from there.
What do I need to get started?
Your claim number, your adjuster’s contact details, and your appraisal or any receipts, certificates or photos of the original piece. Bring whatever you have and we will help with the rest.
What if I don’t have an appraisal?
That’s okay. Our certified gemologist can work from receipts, diamond certificates, photos and your description to document the original piece and recreate it.
Can I upgrade or change the design?
Yes. You can replace your piece with the same design, or use your claim toward a new or upgraded piece and pay only the difference, if your policy allows it.
Do I have to use the jeweler my insurance company recommends?
Many policies let you choose your own jeweler. Check with your adjuster, and we are happy to speak with them directly.
Can you match my original ring exactly?
Yes. We match the diamond grades, metal, setting and design details from your appraisal, and can custom-make the piece if needed, so the replacement is true to the original.
